Damaged Items:
We take extreme care to insure your order arrives safely. However, because of the delicate nature of many bridal accessories, there may be occasions when goods arrive damaged. Please open your package immediately and inspect all items. We must receive notification of damaged items within five days.

Place order process
1.Select the item you wish to purchase. Select the color and size you want, and click "Buy Now" (located below the color and size options) to add the item to your cart and pay online.
2. Please note: We accept Custom-Made design,All the dresses without train can be added a train.
3. Once you make the order we'll send you an order form with all your details: Name, Address, Dress Style, Color. Your Measurements, Request Date, etc. Before you confirm an order you can change any detail like color, style, measurements, etc. Once an order is confirmed it cannot be altered.
4. We will process your order when we receive your payment. Regardless of whether your order is New order or Re-order. A Sales Order Confirmation will be issued to the customer once we receive your Purchase Order. Customer’s confirmation is required by email.
5. Tracking number will be sent to your email when package is shipped out, please check email. Please make sure and provide the correct email address when you are filling out the check out form.

Acceptable payment way are : Wire Transfer, Paypal and Western Union. Full payment is required before production, Delivery Schedule will be delayed if the payment delayed.
