A pleated overlay spreads from the center alolng the waist to the side seam. The skirt has fullness with an overlay that is pinned and tucked along the front also revealing an embroidered tulle layer underneath with a floral scrolling pattern. The billowing overlay continues to the semi-cathedral train with scattered lace appliques.
